Step 1.
Intro To Exercise.
In this 3 hour in person workshop we will unpack the why, what, how, and how much of exercise. You will learn how to keep things simple and efficient as you gain confidence through knowledge. You will learn about all the key exercises, movement patterns, and common mistakes people make when putting a workout together. AND! You will take a tried and tested method of creating your own workouts away with you so you can start putting all your knowledge into practice on Monday morning!
Classes run on the last Saturday of every month 9am-12pm. Max class size is 5.
Step 2.
Exercise Empowerment Coaching Sessions.
Once you’ve completed Intro To Exercise you will be able to book one to one coaching sessions to help you consolidate what you’ve learned and apply it efficiently and effectively based on your goals. No commitment. Just one session at a time.
