James at True Form Fitness provides our onsite fitness and yoga programming and is standing by ready to work with you in his boutique personal training studio.
Located only a couple of minutes walk up the street and able to come on site if you have mobility issues.

1 week minimum rental (can return it early)/ No maximum | $100 per week includes delivery & pick up | Bike includes membership.
